BROCKVILLE – City police have put out a warning to area businesses that some fake $50 bills are floating around the region.
Brockville Police Service Staff Sgt. Andrew Harvie says some of them – the old style with the snowy owl on the back – have “recently” been passed in the “neighbouring area.”
So far there haven’t been any reported within the city.
