BROCKVILLE – Five more names will be added to the Brockville and Area Sports Hall of Fame for 2019.
Former NFL cheerleader Romona Braganza, Brockville Braves trainer Bob Darling, rower Jane Pal and figure skating coach Mary Jayne Rashotte have been selected.
The fifth person is hockey player Bill Godwin, who played for the Inkerman Rockets, who will be posthumously inducted.
With these names, there will be 140 people honoured to date at the Memorial Center hall.
An induction ceremony will happen June 14 at 5:30 p.m. at the Memorial Center – a day after the Kinsmen sports awards banquet.
