BROCKVILLE – Roughly 250 people visited local MPP Steve Clark’s Community Christmas Open House over the weekend.

The free event on Sunday at the Brockville Convention Center also resulted in mountains of food being collected for local food banks.

It will go to food banks in Athens, Brockville, Gananoque, Seeley’s Bay and South Grenville.

Clark also recognized Brockville councillor Jeff Earle for his 25th anniversary as a member of city council.

“The faith electors have continued to show in Coun. Earle is a testament to his tremendous work on behalf of city residents,” Clark said.
