LEEDS-GRENVILLE – You will find a number of closures across the region as we mark the last official long weekend of summer.
Municipal offices including the City of Brockville are closed today (Monday), as well as banks and government offices.
Canada Post offices are closed and there will be no mail delivery.
All LCBO stores, with the exception of some agency stores, are closed and all Beer Store locations are shuttered.
The 1000 Islands Mall is also closed but reopens 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
The Brockville Public Library is closed today.
There will be no garbage or recycling collection on Monday in Brockville and your pickup day this week will be a day later than your normal collection day. There’s a municipal household special waste depot day on Saturday (Sept. 10) at the Brockville Centennial Youth Arena.
Brockville Para and Conventional Transit is also not running.
