GANANOQUE – A Toronto man is facing a criminal charge after a local employee said she was groped while on the job.

Gananoque police were called on Tuesday last week (Aug. 30) to an undisclosed business in the town where a female worker said she had been touched inappropriately.

Police later arrested a 24-year-old man from the Toronto-area and charged him with sexual assault.

He was later released with a promise to appear in court at a later date.
