WINCHESTER/KEMPTVILLE – Environment Canada has cancelled a tornado warning for Merrickville and Kemptville.
Weather watchers had spotted rotation in the clouds associated with this storm.
Meteorologists said the storm was dangerous and potentially life-threatening, but has moved on to the Prescott-Russell area where warnings were in effect there.
