BROCKVILLE – A Brockville man has won $100,000 on a lottery ticket.
Thomas Panopoulos matched six of seven numbers on Encore on his Oct. 2, 2019 Lotto 649 ticket.
“I brought my ticket to the store to scan it and I was shocked,” Thomas told lottery officials as he picked up his big prize in Toronto. “I was very surprised!”
The winning ticket was bought at the Petro Canada on Stewart Boulevard.

Meanwhile, a 67-year-old retiree from Brockville won $50,000 on Ontario 49 on Aug. 21, 2019.
