KEMPTVILLE – A mother from Kingston is hoping you may be able to find her highway helper.
Kaycie Brant tells Brockville Newswatch she spun out on Highway 416 near Kemptville just after noon on Tuesday (April 9) while taking her baby to a doctor’s appointment at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario.
That’s when a Good Samaritan in a “very nice and clean” white pickup truck slowed down traffic and then pulled over to check if they were okay.
Brant never got the chance to thank the man properly and is now looking for your help to find him.
“Guessing his age, I would say late 20’s early 30’s. This outstanding gentleman…offered to drive me the rest of the way, if I felt safer in a truck as opposed to a car,” Brant told Newswatch via Facebook Messenger.
She describes the man as about 5-foot-8 with a red beard and was wearing a ball cap. The truck was possibly a late-model white Dodge Ram 1500 short-box pickup.
“I so badly just want to thank this amazing man. Please share or contact me if you may know who he is,” she said.
