Brockville man caught with prescription drugs…without the script
MAITLAND – A Brockville man is facing a number of drug charges after Grenville County O.P.P. picked him up on an outstanding warrant Wednesday night.
Police say the 40-year-old was spotted by an officer walking on a street in Augusta Township around 10:30 p.m.
He was arrested and some drugs were seized – crystal meth and Clonazepam – an anti-seizure and panic attack medication he didn’t have a prescription for, police said.
The man was charged with drug possession, drug trafficking and breach of probation and was later released with a promise to appear in a Brockville court.
