SEELEY’S BAY – A local man has been arrested in connection to a child pornography investigation.
The O.P.P. Child Exploitation Unit, helped by the Technological Crime Unit and Leeds County O.P.P., arrested and charged the man Thursday (Jan. 12).
Peter Mark Pettem, 52, of Seeley’s Bay, Ont. is charged with two counts of possession of child pornography.
He is being held in custody and will appear in a Brockville court on Thursday (Jan. 19) for a bail hearing.
No other details were released on the alleged crimes and whether any material was seized during the arrest.
