BROCKVILLE – A thin blanket of freezing rain has coated various highways and sidewalks around Leeds-Grenville.
A freezing rain warning is in effect for the region and will likely be in place for the first half of the day before it warms up and changes to rain this afternoon.
Grenville County O.P.P. had to deal with a single vehicle crash this morning near Rideau River Road, south of Kemptville.

School buses didn’t have to worry about hitting the road today as students are off until Monday, Jan. 9, 2017.
