BROCKVILLE – A trial will be held next month for a Brockville man facing child pornography-related charges.

Gary Daye-Church, 32, was charged in March with one count each of possession of child pornography, making child pornography available and accessing child porn.

In January, the O.P.P. Child Exploitation Unit conducted an online investigation which led to a search warrant at a Brockville home in February.

A computer, cell phone and thumb drive were seized during that search.

A judge-only trial will be held Monday, Dec. 19, 2016 in a Brockville, Ont. court.

A conviction on the possession or accessing of child pornography can bring a sentence of up to 10 years in prison.
