KEMPTVILLE – A North Grenville man is facing a distracted driving-related charge after being caught playing Pokemon Go behind the wheel.
Grenville County O.P.P. pulled over a Chevrolet Cavalier on Prescott Street in Kemptville around 1:30 a.m. on Tuesday (Aug. 23).
The driver, 31, was charged with driving a motor vehicle in contravention of conditions and driving while using a hand-held wireless communication device.
Police forces across Ontario have been warning people about the dangers associated with playing the virtual game behind the wheel.
