PRESCOTT – Three people have been arrested after O.P.P. officers took down a marijuana growing operation Thursday.
The drug enforcement unit searched a home on County Road 26 and seized 540 pot plants, 185 grams of marijuana bud and nine grams of resin.
The drugs are said to be worth $542,017.
A 54-year-old woman and 57-year-old man from Augusta Township were arrested and charged with drug possession for trafficking and drug production.
A third suspect – a 35-year-old man from Brockville – was charged with drug production.
All three will appear in court later this month.
