BROCKVILLE – Facing what police are calling “mounting social pressure”, two teenagers have turned themselves in after a theft from a local store.
Two young women were caught on security camera going through racks of clothes at the Sears department store in the 1000 Islands Mall on Parkedale Avenue on June 14, 2016.
Police are thanking the media for sharing and the community for looking at the photos.
Two suspects from the Kingston area, who are 19 and 17 years old, turned themselves in last night (Wednesday) and admitted to the theft.
The two have been released with a future court date.
