BROCKVILLE – Local MPP Steve Clark’s Community Christmas Open House will swing open the doors this afternoon (Sunday).

This will be the sixth time for the event, billed as a way for constituents to “take a break from the hustle and bustle.”

It will be in a new location this year – the Brockville Convention Center at 7829 Kent Boulevard.

There will be food and refreshments, local entertainment and Santa will make an appearance.

The event runs from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m.

As with his past Christmas receptions, Clark is also accepting local food bank donations.

“Every year, the people of Leeds-Grenville are so generous and we’re able to give the food banks a nice boost to their tremendous efforts to help those families in need,” Clark said.
