Suspect identified in body discovery near Bishop’s Mills

KEMPTVILLE – Police have released the name of a man arrested Tuesday in connection to the discovery of a man’s body near Bishop’s Mills.

Eastern Region O.P.P. tweeted Tuesday morning they had arrested a 26-year-old man in relation to the discovery of Deepak Beaudoin-Reichmann, 27, of the Niagara Region.

He has been identified David Robert Lojk, 26, of Ottawa.

Lojk is charged with one count of indignity to a dead body and conspiracy to commit an indictable offence.

He appeared in a Brockville court today (Wednesday) and has been remanded in custody until another appearance on Monday.

Beaudoin-Reichmann’s body was found Oct. 14 near County Road 18 and County Road 20 after being reported missing the week before by family members.

O.P.P. are still looking for two other suspects – three men were seen in a silver half-ton pickup truck with a full cap near the site where the body was found.
