BROCKVILLE – Take care if you have to go outside this weekend.
Environment Canada issued a heat warning Saturday afternoon for Leeds-Grenville and much of Eastern Ontario.
The weather agency said tomorrow (Sunday) and Monday are going to be hot and humid with temperatures in the low thirties.
With the humidity it’s going to feel like it’s near 40 degrees.
People vulnerable to the heat, such as young children, older adults and people from chronic breathing problems, are urged to drink plenty of fluids and refrain from over-exertion such as exercise.
