COVID-19 Ontario Update: November 26, 2021

As of 10:30 a.m. Friday, Public Health Ontario reported another 927** cases of COVID-19 (VAX: 467 none, 27 partial, 378 full, 55 unknown), bringing the total to 615,197. That’s a 0.2 per cent increase in total cases since Thursday. Of those, 599,399 are resolved (97.4 per cent) and 9,991 people have died (six more than Thursday; five new deaths, one death added due to data clean-up).

There are 268 people in hospital (all hospitals reporting), 140 in the ICU and 86 on a ventilator. The number of tests performed is 19,667,709 (33,901 more than Thursday) and results are pending for 15,153.

Ontario has administered 22,865,543 vaccine doses (19,820 more than Thursday), 11,238,458 fully vaccinated.

**Peel (54), Toronto (129), York Region (52) and Ottawa (53) account for 288 of today’s cases.
