COVID-19 Ontario Update: November 19, 2021

As of 10:30 a.m. Friday, Public Health Ontario reported another 793** cases of COVID-19 (VAX: 385 none, 22 partial, 323 full, 63 unknown), bringing the total to 610,222. That’s a 0.1 per cent increase in total cases since Thursday. Of those, 595,169 are resolved (97.5 per cent) and 9,959 people have died (four more than Thursday).

There are 269 people in hospital (all hospitals reporting), 128 in ICU and 72 on a ventilator. The number of tests performed is 19,475,585 (30,515 more than Thursday) and results are pending for 11,899.

Ontario has administered 22,776,096 vaccine doses (13,897 more than Thursday), 11,187,346 fully vaccinated.

**Peel (54), Toronto (115), York Region (60) and Ottawa (31) account for 260 of today’s cases.
