MALLORYTOWN – Officials with the provincial government and the St. Lawrence Parks Commission are going to be making an announcement Friday.
Tourism Minister Lisa MacLeod and MPP Steve Clark will be in Mallorytown, 25 kilometers west of Brockville, for the announcement at 3:30 p.m.
St. Lawrence Parks Commission General Manager Holly Kew and commission chairman Bob Runciman are also scheduled to be there.
MacLeod was last in Mallorytown in March this year to make a $5.5 million funding announcement for the SLPC to pay for maintenance and repairs to the commission’s attractions.
