MALLORYTOWN – Police are investigating after the bodies of three individuals, all believed to be related, were found in a Mallorytown area home Friday.
The grisly discovery was made in the morning by Leeds County O.P.P. officers after receiving a call for service at the home on County Road 5, just north of Caintown Road.
An eyewitness told Brockville Newswatch the home was taped off with yellow police tape around 12:35 p.m. with several O.P.P. cars and the forensic identification unit on the scene.
Members of the Leeds County O.P.P., the crime unit and the forensics unit worked at the scene most of the day.
Police believe it to be an isolated incident and there is “no threat to public safety.”
There is also no active search for any suspect or person of interest.
Autopsies have been scheduled for the three victims.
