GANANOQUE – A driver is dead after an early morning crash on a rural road, west of Gananoque.
Provincial police say the driver was pronounced dead at the scene after a single vehicle collision around 4:40 a.m. on Deer Ridge Drive, about eight kilometers west of the town.
The identity of the victim won’t be released until family is notified.
A section of Deer Ridge Drive between County Road 2 and 4th Concession Road remains closed (as of 9:45 a.m.) for a police investigation.
