BROCKVILLE – City police have finished their investigation along with the Ontario Fire Marshal after a man was found dead inside a camper at St. Lawrence Park Thursday (June 27).

The body of the 62-year-old man was found by a friend of the victim who contacted police when they made the grisly discovery at the King Street West park.

Brockville police looked into the death to make sure nothing criminal had taken place.

“At this point we have concluded that investigation and do not believe the cause of death to be criminal. The name of the deceased will not be released.”
