CARDINAL – The O.P.P. Leeds-Grenville and Lanark Community Street Crime Unit carried out two drug busts in Leeds-Grenville within hours of each other Friday (June 14).
The busts led to the arrests of three people.
Officers searched a home on Walter Street in Cardinal and seized cocaine, crystal meth, meth tablets and marijuana.
Then, another search at a Maple Avenue home in Elgin, saw police snag cocaine and crystal meth.
A 29-year-old man from Cardinal, a 23-year-old woman from Cardinal and a 49-year-old man from South Crosby are all facing drug trafficking charges.
