BROCKVILLE – A man in his 80s has been seriously hurt after a crash involving three vehicles on County Road 2 near Lyn Road (County Road 46) Tuesday morning.
Provincial police say a eastbound Jeep Cherokee rear-ended a Ford Escape and pushed it into a third vehicle parked on the shoulder. All three vehicles ended up in the ditch.
An 81-year-old man from Lansdowne was taken to hospital by ambulance and is listed in serious condition. The other drivers and passengers were not hurt.
A section of County Road 2 was closed for several hours Tuesday morning for a police investigation.
