TORONTO – Bob Runciman has been named chairman of the St. Lawrence Parks Commission.
Tourism Minister Michael Tibollo made the announcement today about Runciman’s three year term, which starts immediately.
Runicman is a former MPP for Leeds-Grenville for 29 years and a retired Canadian senator after serving nearly eight years on the Senate.
The St. Lawrence Parks Commission governs 200 kilometers of shoreline and attractions along the St. Lawrence River, including Upper Canada Village in Morrisburg and Fort Henry in Kingston.
