Third armed robbery in three months for Iroquois Circle K

IROQUOIS – The Circle K convenience store in Iroquois has been the victim of an armed robbery for the third time in as many months.
Provincial police say someone went into the store around 3 a.m. today (Friday) and held up the place, taking cash and cigarettes.
Similar armed robberies have happened on Dec. 12 and Nov. 17, 2018.
In December, Circle K security manager Sean Sportun told Newswatch they were beefing up security, including additional staff training.
The latest suspect is described as a white male, 5-foot-7 to 5-foot-8, with blue eyes and a slim build. He was wearing a black jacket with a black hoodie. The suspect was covering his face with a while cloth, police said.
The suspect was wearing black pants and black shoes with three white stripes on them.
