Update 9:33 p.m. Wednesday: The severe thunderstorm watch has ended.
BROCKVILLE – Some intense thunderstorms may be in the cards today (Wednesday) for Leeds-Grenville.
Environment Canada issued a severe thunderstorm watch for the region around 10:45 a.m.
It said a few severe thunderstorms may develop early this afternoon and early tonight.
Heavy downpours may be possible, as well some storms could produce large hail, damaging winds or torrential rain.
