ELGIN – A section of the Cataraqui Trail will be closed tomorrow (Friday) for repairs.
The Cataraqui Region Conservation Authority says the section of trail from Chaffeys Locks Road to Marina Road in Rideau Lakes for work on a narrow section of path through a wetland.
The conservation authority plans to put a base layer on the trail to address spring flooding.
The work is expected to take about a week.
The Cataraqui Trail is 103 kilometers long from Smiths Falls to Napanee.
