WILLOWBANK – Residents in the vicinity of Willowbank Road will have to deal with construction over the next two months.
Leeds and the Thousand Islands is doing a full road bed improvement project to the forked road, which runs south of County Road 2, about 5 kilometers west of Gananoque.
Work is scheduled to start today (July 6) and is expected to run until Sept. 29.
The township is asking people driving on Willowbank East and West to reduce their speed and follow instructions from construction crews in the area.
