BROCKVILLE – Environment Canada has upgraded its severe weather alert to a tornado watch for Leeds-Grenville.
The weather agency says conditions are right to produce a tornado.
A fast-moving cold front is passing through the region triggering severe thunderstorms and may also produce torrential downpours and damaging winds.
