Handgun, crystal meth seized in Gan drug bust

GANANOQUE – A Gananoque man is facing numerous drug and weapons-related charges after a drug bust Tuesday.

Officers searched a home on Charles Street North and seized a .22 caliber handgun, a collapsible baton, crystal meth, cash and marijuana.

The 22-year-old suspect was arrested without incident and is awaiting a bail hearing.

He is facing 10 charges including drug possession for the purpose of trafficking, possession of a dangerous weapon and possession of a firearm contrary to a probation order.
