BROCKVILLE – A drunk driving suspect decided he wasn’t sticking around after being pulled over by city police this morning.

Police stopped a vehicle on a south-end street around 3 a.m. (Friday) and officers were going to give him a Breathalizer test.

But the 31-year-old apparently began walking away from the scene and wouldn’t agree to the roadside test, police said.

The suspect also put up a fight while he was being arrested.

The man is facing two drunk driving-related charges and a charge of obstructing police.
