NAPANEE – A Gananoque police investigation into an indecent act last month helped police in Napanee and Belleville identify the man they want for similar acts there.
A Brockville-area man, 31, was arrested Friday and charged with two counts of committing an indecent act.
Both cases happened in February 2015 where a man in a dark-coloured car started talking to women and then performed an indecent act once he got their attention.
Napanee O.P.P., working with Gananoque police, were able to figure out the suspect they wanted was arrested Jan. 26, 2016 in Gananoque after a complaint about a man openly masturbating in a car.
In the Gananoque case, the 31-year-old suspect from Maitland was arrested and charged with committing indecent exhibition.
