FINCH – The conservation authority overseeing portions of the Ottawa River says the water will remain high over the next week from Gatineau to Grenville.
The South Nation Conservation Authority issued an advisory at 8 p.m. Friday, warning of possible flooding in the Township of Alfred-Plantagenet.
People are being advised to stay away from high-flowing rivers and streams.
The South Nation Conservation Authority oversees portions of watershed that are in Leeds-Grenville, including Augusta Township, Edwardsburgh-Cardinal and North Grenville.
