BROCKVILLE – A man is facing charges after Brockville police got an eyeful while investigating a domestic dispute.
Police say they were at an apartment complex in the city center around 4 a.m. this morning (Friday) and were speaking with a woman.
That’s when a man inside the home “press(ed) his frontal, naked, private parts against the glass,” according to investigators.
The 23-year-old man was arrested and officers seized two grams of cocaine.
The accused was also on probation for other charges and is accused of breaching those conditions.
The man was released with a promise to appear in court at a later date.
