Wanted convict could be in Eastern Ontario, Toronto

TORONTO – Provincial authorities are searching for a parole violator who could be somewhere in Eastern Ontario.

Paul Ouderkirk, 33, was serving a three year sentence for robbery, carrying a concealed weapon, possession of a dangerous weapon and probation violations.

Ouderkirk is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for a breach of parole.

He is described as aboriginal, roughly 5-foot-6 and 180 pounds.

He has a number of tattoos – tribal flames and a naked woman with wings on his left arm as well as buck shot and tribal flames on his right forearm.

Ouderkirk also has a surgical scar on his upper chest, said police.

He is known to hang out in the Eastern Ontario communities of Cornwall and Chesterville, as well as Toronto.
