Brockville police searching for missing teen

BROCKVILLE – City police are asking for your help in finding a missing teen.

Austin Bennett, 17, hasn’t been seen since Sunday afternoon around 5:30 p.m. when he was at a friend’s house near Ormond Street and Central Avenue.

Police said he was going to another friend’s house and was supposed to return home to catch a bus back to Cornwall, where he goes to school.

Bennett was reported missing by his mother.

He’s described as five feet tall, 105-110 pounds, with blondish, light brown hair and a slender build.

He was last seen wearing a Chicago Bulls cap, a black down jacket with a fur hoody, blue jeans and beige Nike shoes.

Bennett also usually has a black BMX bicycle.
