BROCKVILLE – City police are asking for your help in finding a missing man.
Dean Charles Rusland, 59, hasn’t been seen since Sept. 12.
Brockville police said Rusland “was upset about some issues at work” but was with friends watching television at that time.
Based on conversations he had with friends, police believe Rusland may have went to an appointment in Kingston or to the Ottawa area to look for a job.
His friends and roommate called police after not hearing from him since the Sept. 12 incident.
Rusland is five feet nine inches tall, 150 pounds, with a thin build, short brown hair and green eyes. He is clean shaven and commonly wears a baseball cap, police said.
