He has two different coloured eyes – one is blue, the other is hazel, and his right eye has an enlarged pupil, said police.

Police said Hawes has a history of convictions for sexual assault and making death threats.

Hawes is known to frequent Kingston, Ottawa and Belleville.

If you see Michael Hawes you’re asked to call 911 or the Provincial ROPE Squad at 1-866-870-ROPE (7673).
