Brockville police have arrested and charged a teenaged girl in connection with a fire that heavily damaged a popular play structure at Hardy Park. Mayor David Henderson revealed the arrest during his opening remarks at city council’s regular meeting Tuesday as police chief Scott Fraser sat in.
