Protocol Biomass pellet plant nears goal

“The project is at the one-inch line. It’s been a 27-play drive but we’re just about there.”

The football analogy made to Prescott council Monday by Protocol Biomass president Johan Van ‘T Hof raises hope for an end to a difficult planning process more than three years in the making to bring a $60 million wood-pellet manufacturing plant to town.
