New head of St. Lawrence Parks Commission

MORRISBURG – There’s a new chief executive officer of the St. Lawrence Parks Commission.

Hollee Kew is the new general manager and CEO of the agency, the Ontario Ministry of Tourism and the acting chairman of the St. Lawrence Parks Commission announced today.

The commission says Kew has extensive government experience as the Eastern Ontario regional director for drinking water compliance with the Ministry of Environment.

The Kingston native also led the delivery of the Canada-Ontario Agreement for Great Lakes (COA)/Great Lakes Strategy work plan and has held other roles in the public service.

Kew has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of New Brunswick and a master’s from Queen’s.

Her first day will be Sept. 17.
