ROCKPORT – An elderly former school teacher has been arrested a fourth time in connection to an ongoing O.P.P. investigation into sexual offences.

Ronald Huck, 73, of Rockport, Ont. was arrested today (Aug. 3, 2016) and charged with three counts of indecent assault on a male, two counts of gross indecency, one count of gross indecency and one count of sexual assault.

It’s in relation to an ongoing case the Leeds County Crime Unit has been working on since late 2015.

This is Huck’s fourth arrest since April 12, 2016.

He was held for a bail hearing in Brockville today.

Huck was originally supposed to appear in court Aug. 19, 2016 to be spoken to, but that may have changed given today’s developments.

He is now facing a total of 32 sex-related charges involving 18 alleged victims for offences that are said to have happened between 1964 and 2007 while Huck was a teacher in Leeds County and Ottawa.

The O.P.P. also cited the media exposure in this case for convincing other people to come forward with information that has helped in the investigation.

If you have information on this case, Det. Insp. Jim Gorry would still like to speak with you at 613-349-1790 or 1-888-310-1122.
